The Billing Division of ONEIC came into being in the year 1997. The division providing services to Utility Sector but has also been contributing as a key role in collection of factoring and nonfactoring services in Oman.
With state-of-the-art technology at the helm of affairs, we excel with a growth rate of almost 8%. We have a well-defined Billing Operation section, Cash Management Section and Recovery Section all manned with a highly skilled and meticulous staff of over 1287 people.
Today, we proudly declare that we have covered almost 300,000 Square Kilometres area of The Sultanate of Oman and have been serving more than 1,500,000 customers network through 95 branches network providing a high quality of service to the utility sector.
